As a first-generation attorney, Michael’s desire to serve his community inspired his journey into law. He began his career supporting a family investment office’s health care company before transitioning into private practice, where he joined a mid-sized full-service firm’s corporate group. During this time, he worked closely with health care clients, providing guidance on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business formations and growth.
At ByrdAdatto, Michael draws on his corporate experience to provide clients with strategic, solutions-oriented counsel across a wide range of business and health care matters. He believes every client deserves clarity, confidence, and trusted guidance when navigating complex legal challenges.
