Q: Tell me about Access+. What is it and how does it work?

A: Access+ provides you with reliable legal counsel through every stage of your practice, all with a predictable monthly fee. With Access+, you also receive access to exclusive content through our Access+ Portal.

Q: Why can’t you just bill me hourly?

A: The traditional hourly billing model results in surprise bills and complicated communication. Through Access+, we make billing simple and predictable while providing legal guidance for the life of your practice.

Q: What’s the fee if I cancel Access+?

A: If you decide to cancel prior to the end of the term, there is no termination fee.

Q: Why can’t I pay for Access+ with a credit card or check?

A: Automated payments enable us to reduce our fees because we do not have to pay for the staffing needed for collection or credit card processing fees.

Q: Do you negotiate prices?

A: Fee negotiation tends to create an unhealthy client/attorney relationship dynamic, so, to build better long-term partnerships with our clients, we have opted for fixed rates with no discounts.

Q: What does it look like to have a compliance partner?

A: Compliance is not stagnant. Rather, laws, enforcement, technology, and providers change, causing businesses to drift away from compliance. As your compliance partner, we assist you with spotting the issues and developing the solutions with these changes in mind.

Q: How do I get started?

A: Following your discovery call, the attorney will build a custom plan tailored to your needs. Our Client Onboarding Assistants will reach out with the roadmap and customized fee for our relationship and will guide you through the onboarding process. Once onboarded, you will be introduced to your Access+ Team.

Q: What is the typical turnaround time for calls and emails?

A: First, we encourage good communication as part of our relationship. If you have an emergency, please let us know so we can prioritize. The typical time for a call to be scheduled in a non-emergency situation is a few days. You will typically hear back within one business day to schedule your call.

Q: Do we pick the attorneys we work with?

A: Our firm is built on a team structure where all attorneys have different strengths. We have found that our clients benefit from having a robust legal department for their business. Your Access+ Team starts with a supervising attorney, two attorneys, a paralegal, and our Access+ assistants to manage workload and communications. We are a collaborative law firm and will use the most appropriate person to help with various tasks, so you will have the opportunity to interact with multiple members of our team.
