Michael K. Gawargi

As a first-generation attorney, Michael K. Gawargi desired to become a lawyer to help support his community. He began his career supporting a family investment office’s health care company before transitioning into private practice, joining a mid-sized full-service firm’s corporate group. It was here that Michael worked closely with health care clients, providing guidance on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business formations and growth. At ByrdAdatto, Michael continues helping clients navigate the legal landscape of the health care industry.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his fiancée, family and friends, volunteering in his community at his local church, and working on his high golf handicap.
