ByrdAdatto Welcomes Attorney Hannah Roskein

ByrdAdatto is excited to welcome attorney Hannah Roskein to the firm.

Hannah’s interest in health care began early. Growing up in a family of medical professionals, she developed an appreciation for the dedication and challenges that come with caring for patients. That interest led her to Florida State University, where she studied political science and public health.

While in Tallahassee, Hannah interned with the Florida House of Representatives for a state representative who was also a practicing pharmacist. The experience gave her a firsthand look at how policy and legislation shape the health care industry and helped lay the foundation for her legal career.

Hannah later attended SMU Dedman School of Law, where she clerked with ByrdAdatto and gained insight into the legal and business considerations health care practices face. Today, she advises health care practice owners on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy. Her practical approach helps clients address the business side of medicine so they can stay focused on patient care and growth.

“Effective health care counsel should remove hurdles, not add to them. My goal is to handle the legal complexities so clinicians can do what they do best,” says Hannah.

“Hannah brings a unique perspective to her work, shaped by her experience across health care, policy, and law,” says Michael Byrd. “She understands that the challenges facing health care businesses extend beyond the legal issues, and she brings that broader perspective to her work with clients,” adds Brad Adatto.
