ByrdAdatto is excited to welcome Max W. McWilliams as the newest attorney to our firm. Max has always valued teamwork and the opportunity to help others, qualities that continue to shape his approach to practicing law.
Max received his undergraduate degree in business from Rice University, where he played collegiate basketball. He went on to earn his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he developed an appreciation for the role the law plays in people’s everyday lives. During law school, Max clerked with ByrdAdatto, laying the foundation for his career in health care law.
At ByrdAdatto, Max works to understand each client’s business, priorities, and the goals behind their decisions. He prioritizes clear communication and a collaborative approach, working alongside clients to help them make informed decisions that support their long-term success.
“My goal in assisting clients is to communicate effectively and to treat their businesses as if they were my own. Forming meaningful connections with clients and helping them find and maintain success are my top priorities,” Max shares.
