Max W. McWilliams’s passion for teamwork and helping others shaped his approach to practicing law.
Max earned his undergraduate degree in business from Rice University, where he played collegiate basketball. As a student-athlete, he learned the importance of preparation, adaptability, and discipline, lessons that continue to influence the way he serves clients today.
Max went on to receive his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he learned how impactful the law is in people’s everyday lives. While in law school, Max clerked with ByrdAdatto.
Today, Max brings his team-first mindset to every client relationship. He works closely with clients to understand their goals, address complex challenges, and develop strategic solutions. Building meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve long-term success are among his top priorities. Outside of the office, Max likes to spend time with his family, travel, and play sports, including golf and basketball.
