Drawing on early career experience in finance at a Fortune 500 investment bank and a law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, Grace Lee started her legal career in commercial and business litigation. She joined ByrdAdatto in 2021 and now partners with her clients to navigate complex regulatory and business challenges in the health care industry, with a focus in employment law. Being married to a physician, Grace has a deep understanding of the life of a physician and the challenges they face in balancing caring for patients and time for the business side of their practice. Known for her collaborative approach, Grace prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients.
Outside of work, Grace loves traveling and creating memories with friends and family. She’s also a fan of spontaneous weekend getaways and appreciates a good audiobook or true crime podcast.
