Jay E. Minton brings a unique perspective to the team, having started his legal career at the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas, where he worked closely with judges in shaping the law through extensive research and drafting court opinions. Through his experience as a litigator, Jay possesses valuable insights into the real-life challenges businesses face in contractual and business disputes. At ByrdAdatto, Jay leverages his background to guide clients through the complex business and health care landscape: “I enjoy digesting a complex ruleset, making it approachable, and discovering new strategies to deploy within that ruleset.”
Joi M. Moseley began her legal career on Capitol Hill working alongside two Members of Congress. Joi contributed to legislative policy work in health care, judiciary, and foreign affairs. Joi’s time in Washington, D.C. honed her ability to build strong client relationships and analyze intricate issues. Joi uses these skills to assist clients in various business and health care legal matters. Her dedication to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions aligns with the firm’s passion for helping clients succeed.
Vincent Becraft joins our team with a career focused on the business aspects of a business. “I guide clients through major acquisitions, reorganizations, and strategic sell-side transactions. I help clients close the deal, from start to finish, navigating them through complex business and health care challenges.” His understanding of the intricacies involved in business transactions makes him a valuable addition to ByrdAdatto. Vincent routinely prepares, drafts, and reviews various transaction documents.
In addition to our new attorneys, ByrdAdatto has expanded its administrative team by adding five new staff members. As a testament to our continued growth, we have also expanded our physical office space to accommodate our growing team and meet the needs of our clients.
