Vincent Becraft

With an undergraduate degree in business and a career focused on the business of a business, Vincent Becraft leverages his background to focus on mergers and acquisitions, and private investment offerings and regulatory filings. Vincent routinely prepares, drafts, and reviews various deal documents, such as letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, employment agreements, contribution agreements, and company agreements.

Outside the office, Vincent enjoys spending time with his golden retriever Louie and runs on the trails around Dallas, including the Katy Trail and White Rock Lake. Vincent also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering for his favorite college sports teams.
